My Journey to Teaching Zoga Movement

My Journey to Teaching Zoga Movement

My journey into the world of Zoga Movement began in Poland, where I completed my degree in Physiotherapy. Despite my extensive education, I felt a persistent drive to deepen my knowledge and truly make a difference in people's lives, helping them live pain-free.
When I moved to Australia, I began working as a remedial massage therapist at Stirling Health Professionals. This experience honed my ability to detect and understand tension in the body, yet I still craved more insight and expertise.

My quest for further knowledge took me to India, where I studied Yoga, and then back to Australia to pursue a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at ECU. These studies broadened my understanding, but I still sensed there was something missing.
The turning point came when I discovered Zoga Movement. After completing three Zoga Movement courses, I finally felt a sense of completeness. Zoga Movement taught me to see the body as an integrated whole, rather than just focusing on isolated areas like the neck or wrist. It provided me with a profound understanding of posture and the importance of addressing the body holistically to solve physical issues.

Incorporating Zoga into my practice has allowed me to offer a deep, comprehensive approach to body alignment and posture correction. It's about seeing the bigger picture and connecting the dots to solve the puzzle of physical discomfort and misalignment.

Welcome to my world of Zoga Movement, where profound body understanding meets effective exercise solutions for a healthier, pain-free life.
