My Journey to Teaching Zoga Movement
My journey into the world of Zoga Movement began in Poland, where I completed my degree in Physiotherapy. Even with years of study, I felt a persistent drive to go deeper—to truly make a difference in people’s lives by helping them live pain-free and move with freedom.
When I moved to Australia, I began working as a remedial massage therapist at Stirling Health Professionals. This experience sharpened my ability to detect and understand tension in the body, yet I still craved more insight and expertise.
My quest for further knowledge took me to India, where I immersed myself in Yoga studies, and then back to Australia to complete a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at ECU. These experiences broadened my perspective, but I continued searching for something that could bring it all together.
The turning point came when I discovered Zoga Movement. After completing three Zoga courses, I finally felt a sense of completeness. Zoga taught me to see the body as an integrated whole—beyond isolated issues like a stiff neck or sore wrist. It gave me a profound understanding of posture and the importance of treating the body holistically to restore balance and resolve physical discomfort.
Today, I bring together all these approaches—physiotherapy, Zoga Movement, dry needling, and holistic exercise therapy—to help people not only recover but thrive. My treatments focus on:
- Physiotherapy with a holistic lens – treating pain and injury by addressing the whole body, not just the symptoms.
- Dry needling – reducing tension, improving mobility, and accelerating recovery.
- Performance and posture improvement – helping you move better, feel stronger, and unlock your body’s full potential.
- Movement education through Zoga – teaching awareness, alignment, and integration for long-term results.
Incorporating these methods allows me to offer a deep, comprehensive approach to movement and performance. My goal is not only to relieve pain but to empower you with tools and awareness for a healthier, more mobile, and resilient life.
Welcome to my world of Zoga Movement and holistic physiotherapy—where profound body understanding meets effective solutions for lasting wellbeing.
